These terms explain how Preisach membership works. By joining, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English.
What Preisach is
Preisach is a membership service that connects to Claude. It builds a profile of how you tend to make decisions from one getting-to-know-you interview, and lets Claude use that profile when you ask it to.
What Preisach is not
Preisach is a tool for reflection and better conversations. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist or other professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
Who can join
- You must be 18 or older.
- You need your own Claude account. Claude is a separate product with its own terms.
Your membership
- Membership is $25 per month, billed automatically through Stripe until you cancel.
- Your one-time interview is included. It's done once, and your profile is saved.
- Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't offer partial-month refunds.
- If a payment fails or you cancel, your member key stops working. Your profile is kept so you can pick up where you left off if you return.
Your member key
Your key is personal. Keep it private, and don't share it. Anyone with your key can use your membership. If you think it's been exposed, contact us and we'll issue a new one.
Fair use
Please don't try to copy, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our work
The Preisach scoring method, software and website belong to Preisach. Your profile is yours to use with your own Claude account.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Preisach accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." AI can make mistakes, and decisions you make remain yours. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll tell members by email before it takes effect.
