Privacy Policy

The short version: we keep as little about you as we can. Your written answers are deleted as soon as your profile is made. What remains is a small set of numbers, your email and your membership status. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
What we keep
- Your email address, so we know who you are and can reach you about your membership.
- Your membership status (active, paused or canceled) and a reference number from our payment processor.
- Your profile: a small set of numbers that describe how you tend to make decisions. It does not contain your words.
- A scrambled copy of your member key. We store only a one-way fingerprint of your key, so even we can't read it.
What we don't keep
- Your written answers. During your one-time interview, your answers are used to build your profile and are then deleted. We keep the numbers, not the words.
- Your Claude conversations. Preisach only sees what you or Claude choose to send it, at the moment you ask. It can't read your chat history on its own.
- Your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
Who helps us run Preisach
We use a small number of trusted services, and only for the job they do:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that scores your interview answers. Your answers are sent to it for scoring and are then deleted on our side.
- Cloudflare protects and speeds up our website.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How we protect it
- Every connection to our site and service is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Member keys are stored only as one-way fingerprints.
- Access to our servers is limited to the people who run the service.
- Preisach does nothing on its own. It only runs when you ask Claude to use it.
No system is perfectly secure, but we built Preisach to hold as little as possible, so there is very little to protect in the first place.
If you cancel
Your profile stays on file so that, if you come back, Claude still knows you and you don't have to start over. If you'd rather we delete everything, just ask, and we'll erase your profile and account details.
Your choices
- Pause anytime: turn Preisach off in your Claude settings, for one chat or for good.
- See your data: ask us, and we'll tell you exactly what we hold about you.
- Delete your data: ask us, and we'll remove it.
Age
Preisach is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, let members know by email.
